Domestic Freight Delivery FEDEX FREIGHT

FedEx Freight is our primary shipping agency, but may vary depending on the circumstances. Each order is fulfilled by ordering date and shipped out as soon as possible. This can be as quick as 2-3 days to prepare an order or sometimes longer. All shipping costs are determined by the shipping agency. 

Free Shipping, we cover all of the regular costs related to getting your order shipped to you. These may include:

• Liftgate Fees $185.00. For those who require a liftgate to unload their fountain. This applies to most residential properties. Commercial properties with forklifts or loading docks onsite will not require a liftgate to unload. 

• Fuel Surcharges. Cost varies by location.

• Shipping Rate Zone. Cost varies by location. 

• Approx. weight of fountain kit + packaging: Up to 190-250 lbs

Local Delivery (Southern WA & Northern OR)

If you live within our service area you may qualify for free shipping and benefit from our installation packages. That's right, we can deliver and install it for you! We think that's awesome! Local orders don't require freight shipping fees. We deliver our kits locally, up to three hours away from Vancouver, WA.

• Free 10 mile local delivery from Vancouver Mall. 

• Two-way $0.75 mileage charge per mile beyond 10 miles. 

• No freight, No fuel, No liftgate fees apply. 

• Trips beyond one hour may be subject to a flat fee to cover drivers labor costs.

Local Installation (Southern WA & Northern OR)

We offer a variety of installation packages and upgrades for local orders. Offering you a complete hands off installation that can be completed in a just a couple of hours. Our installations include 1/8 yard of river rock to cover your basin. 

• Basic Installation: $229.99.

Out-of-State Installation

We are working to build a network of professional contractors throughout the U.S. to help install our fountain kits. Please contact us if you would like to be part of our network of contractors. If you need help finding a contractor, contact us and we will do our best to connect you with a professional in your area. 

Return Policy:

30-Day return policy on all items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned goods. Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, and in season. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please contact Concrete Giants to setup the required Returns Good Receipt. The customer is responsible for returning items to Concrete Giants and for any shipping costs and freight costs. This includes defected items. Special orders, clearance/specials, and custom items are not returnable.
